We want to you be totally happy with the products you order from us, so if anything you order doesn’t meet the high standards you’ve come to expect from us you can return the item to us for a refund of the purchase price. Your statutory rights are not affected.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Customers have 14 days to cancel their purchase and request a refund from the date they receive the item. Once notified, customers have an additional 14 days to return the item. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. While the original packaging isn’t required, the item should be securely packaged to prevent damage.
